Cletus the Fetus is 9 months old!

GDawg, formerly known as Cletus the Fetus is turning 9 months old tomorrow! Wow, Momdawg can't believe it. 7 teeth, crawling, pulling myself up to stand...I'm just full of tricks. And look, here I am appearing so calm and peaceful in my crib. I was throwing a tantrum and passed out like this. Love to you all! -GDawg

8 months, 6 teeth, crawling on all 4s...

Hello there. Long time no blog. GDawg here. I've been a busy little baby terrorizing MomDawg. Many of you know that my GrandmaDawg Vera was suddenly called up to heaven by GodDawg in November, and I have missed her terribly. (How I loved wrapping her around my chubby fingers, getting her to sing to me and walk me around) I've had to adjust to daycare, and so far have racked up three doctor's visits, with a constant runny nose, ear infections, thrush, and oh yeah, pink eye. Which of course I had to pass on the pink eye to MomDawg! The antibiotics gave me some explosive growlers that MomDawg liked to clean. Since I last posted, I have gotten six teeth in (two on the bottom and four on top). PeteDawg likes to try to feed me table food - cucumbers, celery, crackers, pretty much anything. Sometimes I do well, other times I like to barf it right up. Yay! I am now mobile, as I have graduated from crawling in reverse to crawling forward. I like to try to chase the cats, but they don't seem to enjoy it as much as I do. I'm at 20 pounds now, and I'm almost too big for 9 month clothing! Well, I hope you enjoy my photos. Trick or Treat!

hello there. it's gdawg. i'm almost 4 months old now! to any of you that have been waiting for a new post here on my blog, i apologize for taking so long. i've been pretty busy these last few weeks. my new nickname: lu lu. momdawg was calling me gracielu for awhile, and then just lu lu. sometimes she says it's short for lucifer...i'm over 12 pounds now. i sleep about 10-12 hours at night, passing out after my nightly bath and bottle with cereal around 9pm. i've been practicing eating some fruits and veggies at lunch with momdawg, making a mess on my face and bib but boy am i cute! i've tried carrots, peaches, bananas and today green beans! grandmadawg says carrots in the PM make for an orange BM. this week i started working on grabbing objects and directing them to my mouth...my dress, my blanket, momdawgs hand, my toys. i'm getting so big that momdawg says i am graduating into my size 2 diapers this week! more room for peeps and poops...well, i'm getting tired of my musical swing now and i must go for a stroller ride around the block. holla back, ya'll. -GDawg

Two Months, 11 pounds, 10 ounces...

GDawg here. Today I celebrate my two month birthday. Thanks to the bottles, packed with formula and some rice cereal, I'm up to over 11 pounds. (Barry Bonds tried to get me to try some 'roids, but I said no). Last night I downed a whopping 10 and a half ounces for my night time feeding. I passed out for 5 hours, filled my diaper with a huge growler, and asked for more! I've graduated out of my newborn diapers and I'm into the size 1. Still not potty trained, but that's ok. I'm looking around and cooing alot, still trying to learn to laugh and grasp objects. MomDawg started back to work last week on the ambulance. She works day shift now, so GrandmaDawg Smyth usually hangs with me when she's gone. I spent my first night with my dad, AdamDawg, and he survived my nighttime shenanigans of waking up constantly...So that's the news from GDawg's crib. So what's in the future for me?

I've been spending a lot of my spare time lately (when not eating or pooing) thinking about just what I'm getting into here. So I was doing a little Googling on Momdawg's computer and I came up with this cool video. It's from the FischBowl run by Karl Fisch. It's another blog just like mine!
