For those of you who aren't savvy, that's "calf ankles." Look at those puppies... I think I've kept Becky busy these first few days home. By day I am pretty much an angel, visiting with my father AdamDawg and my GrandmaDawg Thayer, who flew in from Las Vegas shortly after my arrival. At midnight, however, that's all out the window. I like to practice my crying endurance. Becky can't walk around rocking me yet until her cankles go down some and the incision heals more, so I get hours of good talking and singing from GrandmaDawg Smyth.
So, it's been 5 days since my emergence from the womb, and three nights that I have been home. I have to say a lot is different out here in the big world. But it's been amazing seeing all the people (well, I can't really see well yet, still kinda fuzzy) who have come by to the hospital and the house to see me. I really do feel loved! So to all of you who have sent good wishes and kept up with my blog, thank you from GDawg!

Maybe a PBR, lime and salt might help the swelling...oh wait, you can't drink. I guess I'll take one for the team and have one for you.
